Due to nature of the digital products that we sell, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. 

With each product that we create, we inspect the content and the format of each product to ensure that we only publish high quality and high value products. 

However, errors may still occur. In this case, we do make exceptions for a customer to resolve any issues experienced/identified after purchasing a digital product from our site.

Exceptions

In the event that there is an issue with your pdf download, we can provide you with a replacement of the exact same product. However, you will be required to provide evidence of the issue. You can contact us by using the 'Contact Us' form on our website. We will ensure that your issue is resolved on the day of purchase, or within 7 to 14 days. This will depend on the volume of sales and general notifications that we receive on a weekly basis.

Issues may include:

• Pdf file cannot be downloaded
• Defects in the content of the digital product
